We designed Pinkk with privacy in mind, which is why we offer no-account access – so you can engage with our AI Companions without sharing personal details like your name, email, or phone number. Your trust is essential to us, and we're committed to being transparent about how your information is handled.

Because Pinkk doesn't require an account, we collect minimal information – only what's necessary to provide and improve your experience. Here's what we may gather:

Information You Choose to Share

• Conversations – The text messages, thoughts, and questions you share with AI Companions. This helps our AI understand your needs and provide relevant responses.
• Images – Any images you upload through the App to enhance your conversations. These are used solely to contextually enrich interactions with your chosen AI Companion.
• Whisper Inputs – The content you submit through the Whisper feature, which helps our matching system connect you with the most suitable AI Companion.

Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information – Basic details about your device (model, operating system, unique device identifier) to ensure the App functions correctly and to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Usage Data – Information about how you interact with the App, such as which AI Companions you engage with, feature usage patterns, and session duration. This helps us improve the App's design and functionality.
• Local Storage Data – Conversations and preferences are stored locally on your device (not on our servers) to maintain your chat history and personalize your experience between sessions.

We use the information we collect for specific, limited purposes that enhance your experience with Pinkk:

• To Provide the Services – Your conversations and inputs allow the AI Companions to respond appropriately, and device information ensures the App runs smoothly on your device.
• To Improve the App – Usage data helps us identify which features are most valuable, fix bugs, and develop new tools that align with how you use Pinkk.
• To Personalize Your Experience – By understanding your interactions, we can refine the Whisper matching system to connect you with AI Companions that best suit your mood and needs over time.
• To Ensure Safety – We may review content (in rare cases) to prevent misuse of the App, such as sharing harmful material, and to maintain a respectful environment for all users.

We never use your information for advertising or to sell to third parties. Your data is used exclusively to make Pinkk better for you.

Your privacy is safeguarded through multiple layers of protection:

• Local Storage – Most of your data (including conversations) is stored directly on your device, not on our servers. This means you have full control over your information.
• Encryption – Any data that is transmitted between your device and our servers (such as technical usage data) is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
• Limited Access – Only a small team of authorized personnel may access data, and only for the purposes of improving the App or resolving technical issues.
• Data Minimization – We collect only what we need. Unnecessary data is automatically discarded or anonymized after a short period.

While no system is completely foolproof, we continuously update our security measures to protect your information from evolving threats.

You have full control over your data when using Pinkk:

• Delete Conversations – You can erase individual chat histories or all conversations directly within the App at any time.
• Remove Images – Any images you've shared can be deleted from your device's local storage through the App's settings.
• Uninstall the App – Removing the App from your device will delete all locally stored data associated with your use of Pinkk.
• Request Information – If you want to know what data (if any) we have collected about you, contact us at the email below, and we'll provide it promptly.

We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. The only exceptions are:

• With Your Consent – If you explicitly agree to share specific information (e.g., for troubleshooting), we will do so only as directed.
• For Legal Reasons – We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.
• Service Providers – We may work with trusted third-party services to maintain the App (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only to assist us.
